I was hesitant to use Caribe due to the negative reviews, but I decided to try them anyway. I chose to pay in cash instead of upfront and booked my round trip from Cancun airport to Ocean Maya Royale. After landing, Caribe contacted me via WhatsApp and told me where to meet the driver. He wasn’t there at first but arrived in under 10 minutes. He was friendly and polite. He didn’t offer water but brought beer. Lol. The ride was comfortable and safe. I tipped him when we arrived. For my return trip, I contacted Caribe via WhatsApp two days before to confirm pickup. The driver arrived on time again and it was another pleasant ride. My experience with Caribe Shuttle was excellent. We stayed in touch through WhatsApp and had no issues with pickup or drop-off. I’ll definitely book again for my next trip to Cancun.

Fast pickup, friendly service, good driving, good price. I used this service for a round trip from Cancun airport to a resort in Akumal. Private van for my family. I booked online a few days before my trip. I confirmed via WhatsApp both the day before arrival and departure. When we landed, I messaged the company and they kept me updated on the ETA. A staff member met us with a sign with my name. We waited around 5 minutes for the van. The pickup from the resort was also perfect.

Communication was lacking; they were late picking us up and slow to reply to our anxious messages via WhatsApp. There’s no Wi-Fi on the journey, but the driver stopped and waited patiently while we shopped. We took a shuttle van to the hotel, and a random guy in a regular car came to take us back.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but Caribe Shuttle is wonderful. They promptly met us at the airport; we were in the car within 5 minutes. The car was clean and air-conditioned. The driver let us stop at a convenience store along the route. During the ride he was personable and helpful, giving us suggestions for different places. We use these guys every time we go to Quintana Roo. Great service.
