I booked the shuttle online at 7:30pm the night before we need to be picked up at 8am the following morning. I was nervous based on the mixed reviews but we received a confirmation email and our driver showed up on time. Great driver and comfortable shuttle. Same experience for the shuttle back at the end of the day. We needed a round-trip drive from Hotel Zone Cancun to Xcaret.

So we used Caribe Shuttle Cancun last February. It was our first time to Mexico and was nervous about finding our ride at the airport. I called them through WhatsApp and they answered immediately and were right they were already there to pick us up. When we got to the resort I thought my husband left his cell phone in the car after our driver left. I called him and he turned right around and came back (the phone was not in his vehicle but tucked into my bag). He was so lovely and helpful. Our driver back to the airport was one of the best drivers we have ever had. I highly recommend Caribe Shuttle Cancun and we are using them again this February amazing , helpful service from everyone 🎉🎉🎉🎉
