If you are on a limited budget or just like to save a little during each trip, then we recommend you to use the colectivo transportation, an economical way to move along the Riviera Maya. The colectivos are widely used by tourists and locals in the region. You can go from Cancun to Playa del Carmen and Playa del Carmen to Akumal, or a little further to Tulum.

Best time to visit

The climate of the area is ideal at any time of the year, although there are months where the rains are more constant; it is not enough reason not to travel whenever you want. All transfers to/from airport and activities must be reconfirmed 48 hours prior to service.

We take our responsibility, regarding the smooth operation of arrivals and departures for your guests, very serious; therefore, we require all your flight arrival/departure information a minimum of 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Cancellations can be made by e-mail or WhatsApp, 48 hrs Before the service date.

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.

Changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.

You must speak personally to our customer service staff. Do not have the hotel travel agent or concierge call. We all speak English.

We will provide you with a cancellation number. Please write it down and keep it until you receive your refund.

Caribe Shuttle Cancun will refund, within 7 business days of such written notice all deposits for its services made. Minus actual expenses like PayPal Commission or or withholdings incurred by Caribe Shuttle Cancun.

Transfer Guarantee for delayed arrival flights maximum waiting time is 4 hours. We assist our customers in every possible way to make new arrangements. We reserve the right on arrival service to deny changes between 9pm & 5am.

Transfer Guarantee waiting time for departures/hotel to hotel services will be 15 minutes, before we call it a no-show.

Private transfers allow you to change the return pickup time for your convenience. However, changing it with a very tight margin to make your flight, will be under your own responsibility.

Pick Up time

Your driver will go to the motor-lobby of the hotel, condominium or AriBnB where you are staying. He will ask for you, so we ask you to be there at the scheduled time. Your driver can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled time.

It would help us a lot if you provide us with your room number one day before your departure

Payment methods

We think about the client and his needs, that is why we offer two payment methods; One is online through PayPal and the other is in cash at the time of arrival:

Online (PayPal): When you make your reservation, after having captured your flight data and your personal information, the booking engine will redirect you to a page where you will try to see a summary of your reservation and two buttons which you They will offer the option to Pay with PayPal or upon arrival, click on “PayPal” and the booking engine will automatically redirect you to PayPal linked to your reservation and the total cost.
Once you make the payment, PayPal takes approximately up to 3 minutes to reflect the payment.
If you already made your reservation or a friend or relative booked it for you, in the email registered at the time of generating the reservation, an email with your reservation number and a link to view your reservation in our engine was automatically sent to you of reservations on our page, there you will find information about your “Balance pending”, if you have a balance pending, just next to it, you will see a button, in which you will be sent to PayPal by clicking on it.

Upon arrival (Cash or Credit or Debit cards): If for any reason you are not sure of our services, do not worry! you can pay your driver at the moment of your arrival just upon receiving your service, if you have booked round trip, you must pay both services at the time of your arrival.

How to find us?

Welcome to Cancun!

We know that first impressions are lasting, so for us it is very important to offer you a warm genuine service from the moment you arrive to the destination and throughout your stay.

Finding us is very easy, we are just outside each terminal.

• Our staff are located OUTSIDE the airport building, they will have a banner with Caribe Suttle sign and your name.
• Upon arrival, you will have to clear Immigration where you will be asked for the forms distributed on board the plane properly filled out and proof of citizenship (valid passport).  After clearing Immigration, you must advance to the designated carrousel to retrieve your luggage; carts are available at no extra cost.  Once this is done; you will have to clear Customs by pushing the button, if the red light turns on (which occurs randomly) your luggage will be inspected. 
• Once you have gone through customs, continue through the corridor where you will find several tourist information modules. Do not stop, don´t accept discounts or promotions from the people inside the terminal, they are time share promoters. At the end of this hallway cross the last glass door to get to the exit of the airport building, where the Caribe Shuttle Staff will be waiting for you.
• Please do not walk out the door of “family and friends”

If you arrive at terminal 2 of the Cancun International Airport, your assigned driver will be waiting for you in front of the “Welcome bar”

If your flight arrives at terminal number 3, your driver will be waiting for you in front of the “Margarita Ville” bar outside Terminal 3

When your flight arrives at terminal 4, your driver will be waiting for you in front of the “Welcome Bar”, keep in mind that this terminal is long, so you will have to avoid all the taxi promoters
