I booked the shuttle online at 7:30pm the night before we need to be picked up at 8am the following morning. I was nervous based on the mixed reviews but we received a confirmation email and our driver showed up on time. Great driver and comfortable shuttle. So we used Caribe Shuttle Cancun last February.  It was our first time to Mexico and was nervous about finding our ride at the airport.  I called them through WhatsApp and they answered immediately and were right they were already there to pick us up.  When we got to the resort I thought my husband left his cell phone in the car after our driver left.  I called him and he turned right around and came back (the phone was not in his vehicle but tucked into my bag). He was so lovely and helpful.  Our driver back to the airport was one of the best drivers we have ever had. Caribe Shuttle deserves 10 ⭐️’s
First time using Caribe and we will definitely be using them again. After flight delays and miss connections to Cancun, the staff went beyond our expectations and made sure we were taken care of. We made it but..
Communication was lacking, they were late picking us up and delayed in replying to our anxious msgs via whatsapp. There's no wifi on the journey but the driver did stop and wait patiently while we shopped. We rode a shuttle van to the hotel and a random guy in a regular car came to take us back.
